Nscale is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support the People team in delivering HR operations, employee experience, and people processes as we scale. You’ll manage transactional excellence, maintain accurate employee data, and enable seamless onboarding through offboarding.

You’ll work to ensure data integrity across HR systems, coordinate benefits and equity data, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR data management.
• Familiarity with employment law and compliance in US; knowledge of EMEA/APAC is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day employee queries via JIRA for US and global.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and role changes with high data integrity.
• Maintain HRIS records, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Process employee documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Assist benefits administration and HR policy communications.
• Support equity, payroll, and reporting with data management.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with Finance/Legal on improvements.
