Nscale is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support the People team with best-in-class HR operations, employee experience, and scalable processes. This hands-on role sits at the heart of our People function, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and smooth onboarding through offboarding for a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or people operations.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR data management.
• Familiar with employment law and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
• Experience supporting equity compensation, payroll, or benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day employee queries via JIRA for US and global teams.
• Handle onboarding, off-boarding, transfers, and role changes with accuracy.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate benefits programs and HR policy communications.
• Support equity compensation data management and reporting.
• Assist with compensation data, payroll submission, and audits.
