Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company delivering end-to-end care nationwide. We are seeking an Associate, People Operations to manage the People Service Desk, support HR data accuracy in UKG, and drive process improvements across People Operations.

In this role you’ll collaborate with People Partners, Payroll, IT, and cross-functional teams to resolve employee questions, maintain HR records, and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, People Ops, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles that require project and stakeholder management.
• A high sense of ownership and accountability; organized, reliable, proactive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, friendly messages.
• Experience using Google Suite, Slack, ticketing systems, and HRIS like UKG Pro or Workday.
• Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to pitch in where needed.
• Passion for creating great experiences for others.

Responsibilities

• Manage People Service Desk tickets and Slack questions on onboarding, policies, benefits, PTO, employment verification, and HR systems.
• Interpret and apply People policies with accuracy; work with People Partners and Payroll.
• Escalate sensitive/complex matters with full context.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to procedures and knowledge resources.
