Job summary

Processio Strategic Services LLC is hiring an Outsourcing HR Specialist to join our remote-friendly team in the Georgetown, KY area. You will handle HR inquiries, payroll support, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and HRIS maintenance for multiple client partnerships.

We value strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. This full-time role offers growth toward a Client HR Manager and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on HR experience (generalist, coordinator, assistant or specialist).
• Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration preferred.
• Experience using an HR Information System (HRIS).
• aPHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus, or willingness to pursue one.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and work independently without regular direction.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple client requests at once.
• Strong written communication skills, especially by email.
• Highly detail-oriented, with sound judgment about when to escalate.
• Able to self-manage in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for client emails and requests, resolving routine HR questions and escalating complex issues.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive, professional communication.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for client employees, including paperwork and system setup.
• Support client payroll processing, review timecards, and resolve discrepancies.
• Create and post job descriptions, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
• Enroll new employees in benefits and assist with open enrollment.
• Maintain accurate employee records within client HRIS platforms.
• Assist with client compliance tasks, policy updates, and handbook revisions.
• Track and report progress on client tasks to keep work moving.
