Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company delivering a convenient, end-to-end health care experience. We are seeking an Associate, People Operations to manage the People Service Desk, ensure accurate HR records, and support a positive employee experience.

You will collaborate with People Partners, Payroll, IT, and cross-functional teams to resolve questions, update records, and improve processes, while using AI tools responsibly and maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, People Ops, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles with project management.
• Strong ownership, organization, and proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, ticketing systems, and HRIS like UKG Pro or Workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage People Service Desk tickets and Slack questions on onboarding, policies, benefits, PTO, and HR systems using SOPs and knowledge base.
• Apply People policies to answer questions accurately, collaborating with People Partners and Payroll.
• Escalate sensitive matters to the right People Partner with full context.
• Identify recurring questions and propose fixes to improve efficiency.
