Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, people operations, or related operations role.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft tools.
• Hands-on HRIS experience for employee lifecycle changes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication, balancing white-glove and self-service support.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding workflows and employee lifecycle tasks.
• Maintain HRIS data with accuracy and compliance.
• Provide front-line employee support and resolve requests.
• Identify process improvements with data insights.
• Collaborate with teams to scale operations in a fast-paced environment.
