Job summary

Dow Jones & Co. is hiring a Manager of People Process Transformation to architect and optimize HR workflows. You will document processes, design AI-powered, self-service, compliant operations across the global People group, and drive efficiency through standardized Future State designs.

You will work 3 days a week in our Midtown office, partnering with People COEs and the Dow Jones People Technology team to map processes, define ownership, and monitor health metrics, ensuring scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years in HR Operations, BPO, or consulting in a global org.
• Document current-to-future state analyses with stakeholders.
• Cross-functional, matrixed, global experience.
• Understanding of AI transformation and process quality gatekeeping.
• Lean Six Sigma certification and/or Workday/ServiceNow familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to person for HR process architecture.
• Develop and maintain a global service catalogue.
• Lead AI & Automation within People Ops.
• Lead end-to-end process discovery and mapping.
• Define ownership frameworks (RACI/RAD) for cross-functional HR workflows.
• Design streamlined Future State processes that are lean and AI-ready.
• Establish, track, and report on process health metrics.
• Monitor cycle times, compliance, errors, and volume.
• Collaborate across HR, Tech, and legal/compliance.
• Bridge the gap between HR needs and Workday/ServiceNow/AI tools.
