Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a People Experience Partner to collaborate with People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, People Operations and operations teams to enhance employee experiences across the full lifecycle. You will work in our Midtown Manhattan office 3 days a week and report to the Senior Manager, People Experience.

This role focuses on improving journeys, simplifying processes, resolving pain points, and moving repetitive work to People Operations to keep the operating model

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or advisory roles in international settings.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience using data and metrics to inform decisions.
• Experience using HR systems to improve processes and service delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support global People priorities and deliver scalable solutions.
• Use data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve employee moments.
• Provide high-quality support to employees and managers in complex moments.
• Help design simpler, faster, human-centered processes.
• Leverage AI and tech solutions to improve self-service and experience.
