Job summary

LTi Technology Solutions is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support HR operations and recruitment coordination in a lean, evolving team. This onsite role in Omaha, NE offers day-to-day involvement in onboarding, offboarding, recordkeeping, and benefits support.

You will help manage postings, screenings, data entry, and compliance tasks while enabling HR data reporting and process documentation as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR or recruitment-focused experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS; familiarity with HiBob and Paylocity a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Experience coordinating full-cycle hiring in a multi-requisition environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings across internal and external platforms.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for external recruiting firms, managing candidate submissions and feedback.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and HR.
• Initiate and manage background check processes for candidates prior to hire.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and requisition information in the ATS.
• Send offer letters and manage pre-hire communications with VP, HR.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics including paperwork, systems access, and Day 1 scheduling.
• Complete I-9 verification and E-Verify processing for new hires.
