Job Title: People Operations Partner / Human Resources Specialist

Location: Oxford, OH 45056 (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $30/hr on W2 (No Benefits)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Schedule:

• Tuesday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Friday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a motivated People Operations Partner / Human Resources Specialist to join a dynamic plant environment where you will work closely with Production Supervisors, Union Stewards, and hourly employees to support daily HR operations and create a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct new hire orientations and track completion of job-specific training.
• Partner with Production Supervisors on investigations, attendance disciplines, grievances, and employee concerns.
• Manage employee scheduling and timecards while supporting labor relations activities.
• Maintain confidential HR records and personnel data.
• Prepare HR metric reports and support plant projects/events.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support plant engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 years of HR experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to think critically and make independent decisions.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
