United Future is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support hourly staff in our Dayton, OH manufacturing operations. This role partners with operations to manage benefits, recruitment, on-boarding and employee relations while ensuring policy compliance and HR administration across the site.

You will work with a small, dynamic HR team to drive engagement, analytics, and a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position in Dayton.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; applicable experience may substitute.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing HR experience is expected.
• Experience in benefits administration, recruitment, FMLA and compliance.
• Strong employee relations background and familiarity with labor policies.
• Working knowledge of FMLA and Workers' Compensation required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders regarding policies, attendance, performance, and inquiries.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to fill hourly manufacturing roles and oversee onboarding.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to resolve issues and support timekeeping, payroll and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, trainings, audits and leaves administration.
• Lead engagement, wellness and recognition programs while tracking HR metrics.
