Job summary

Relate Search is seeking an HR Administrator to join our onsite team south of Dayton, OH. You will support employees across the entire lifecycle, from recruiting coordination to HR operations, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role offers exposure to onboarding, HRIS management, and employee communications, with opportunities to grow within a full-cycle HR function at a growing manufacturing organization.

Qualifications

• HR experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus.
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience); Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and support the recruiting process from scheduling through onboarding
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on hiring initiatives and employee communications
• Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents, and employment records
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and HR-related inquiries
• Maintain HRIS data, personnel files, and employee documentation
• Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and HR compliance initiatives
• Assist with audits and ensure accurate, confidential recordkeeping
