Job summary

Unilever in McLean is seeking a People Operations Specialist - Foods on a fixed-term contract to manage Workday employee data, Hire-to-Retire processes, and role changes within the US market. This hybrid role is based at the BGC Office with key responsibilities across data accuracy, governance, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will handle high-volume activities, collaborate with in-market partners, and ensure data accuracy across cost centers, reports, and governance controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience in customer service, employee experience, shared service centers, HR advisory.
• Familiarity with HR processes in multi-country/regional operations.
• Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow (or SAP).
• Experience with data migrations, mergers & acquisitions, or mass-change programs is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday employee data and Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Process employee moves, promotions, and exits with data accuracy across elements.
• Collaborate to maintain accurate compensation data and benefits enrollment/derolment.
• Execute terminations and coordinate with in-market partners for exits and clearances.
• Validate transferring populations and reconcile data against source records.
