Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and resolve HR-related tickets with priority on timely, accurate service delivery.
• Validate approvals and verify documents against requests to ensure proper case management.
• Maintain and update employee records across the lifecycle and coordinate mass data uploads when required.
• Support bonus plan administration and align with finance and HR teams.
• Generate stakeholder reports and assist internal/external audits with HR system data.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to address HR-related matters and communicate changes monthly.
• Drive process simplification and ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
