Job summary

Precision Task Group, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations specialist to manage Workday processes, including employee data, promotions, transfers, and terminations. You will independently handle job changes and ensure HR steps are completed accurately and timely, while generating essential Workday reports for leadership and managers.

You will review letters and documentation, assist with employee relations matters as needed, and support compliance and training efforts within HR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HR processes and reporting.
• Ability to independently process employee job changes in Workday (promotions, transfers, compensation changes).
• Experience processing terminations and ensuring required HR steps are completed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key HR resource for Workday processes, reporting, and employee data.
• Review promotion letters, job change letters, separation documentation, and other employee correspondence.
• Generate Workday reports for HR, managers, and other business needs.
