Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks an experienced Manager, HR Data & Governance to ensure data accuracy and governance for 9,000+ U.S. and Canada associates.

You will lead Workday data management, standardize processes, and drive data quality across payroll and enterprise systems. You will partner with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and Tech teams to enhance self-service capabilities, train users, and promote data governance best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years in HR Operations, Workforce Data Management, HR Shared Services, Payroll Operations with supervisory experience.
• Experience with Workday as an HRIS platform.
• Proficient MS Office skills with intermediate Excel.
• Experience governing workforce data, HR processes, or HR technology operations.
• Experience leading process improvement, transformation, or automation initiatives.
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational changes and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR data governance, including data standards, quality controls, audit processes, and compliance.
• Own management of foundational Workday data (positions, org hierarchy).
• Develop HR data quality metrics, scorecards, and actionable reporting.
• Ensure data integrity across Workday and downstream systems (payroll, reporting, etc.).
• Serve as Business Process Owner for core HR transactions and governance.
• Oversee leave status governance and data changes in HR systems.
• Design, optimize, and improve Workday processes with HR partners.
• Lead training and change management to promote data quality adherence.
• Act as SME for workforce data during organizational changes.
• Mentor and develop the HR Data & Governance team.
