Job summary

GlobalPoint is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst in McLean, VA, offering a hybrid work arrangement. The role emphasizes hands-on Workday HCM operations, data accuracy, and issue resolution in a large enterprise setting.

You will manage mass data updates, EIBs, and data audits while collaborating with HR, IT, Payroll, and other teams to drive process improvements and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong Workday HCM expertise and enterprise-scale support.
• Experience with data audits, mass transactions, and data remediation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday transactions (hires, terminations, reorganizations, mass updates).
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday data issues.
• Conduct data audits on job profiles, cost centers, and supervisory organizations.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and other teams; support testing and process improvements.
• Prioritize tickets in a high-volume environment and ensure timely resolutions.
• Support UAT, regression testing, and system implementations.
