True Zero Technologies is a veteran-owned small business focused on aligning people and technology. We are seeking an HR Generalist to support performance management, employee evaluations, personnel changes, and HR policy development.

You will coordinate benefits enrollment and payroll updates, manage HRIS (Rippling) data, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and help maintain our people-first workplace with 3 weeks PTO and generous holidays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
• Experience with HRIS, ideally Rippling, and government contracting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.
