Job summary

WhiteTech, a remote-first fintech company, is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our HR team and own a broad range of people operations across our international organization of ~140 employees. You will handle documentation, HR data systems, benefits, reporting, and internal communications, with a focus on process efficiency, data quality, and scalable workflows, including AI and automation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership.
• Experience with HRIS and maintaining employee data.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
• Ability to manage recurring processes and deadlines while handling ad hoc requests.
• Excellent communication in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day employee documentation processes, including onboarding through offboarding.
• Keep employee data accurate across HRIS and related systems.
• Coordinate benefits administration for international staff.
• Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for stakeholders.
• Maintain and publish People-related updates and policies.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate People processes.
