Qualifications

• Proficiency in HRIS or PEO platforms required.
• Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of multi-state compliance and leave administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employment status changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS platforms.
• Orchestrate benefits enrollments and leave of absence tracking.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
