LifeScience Logistics is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter in Durham, NC to manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles. You will conduct phone, video, and onsite interviews and maintain compliance with the Employee Handbook and background-check policies.

You will support HR policies and procedures, partner with the Sr. HR Manager on employee relations, and help with onboarding and file maintenance.

Qualifications

• BS in HRM or Organizational Leadership preferred.
• Demonstrates high performance standards and strong communication.
• Proven time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct research and present findings clearly.

Responsabilités

• Recruit exempt and non-exempt personnel.
• Conduct phone/video/onsite interviews for assigned requisitions.
• Adhere to Employee Handbook and policies; understand background checks.
• Support policies development and HR procedures implementation.
• Assist Sr. HR Manager with employee relations, counseling, and exits.
• Maintain personnel files and facilitate status changes.
