LifeScience Logistics is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to recruit exempt and non-exempt personnel and to conduct phone, video/online, and onsite interviews for all requisitions. You will ensure understanding of company policies and procedures and support background checks and drug testing policies.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and presentation skills, plus experience with UKG Recruiting and HRIS systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in HRM or Organizational Leadership (preferred).
• Demonstrates dedication to a high standard of performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management, research, presentation, attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking; capable in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Recruit exempt and non-exempt personnel.
• Conduct phone, video/online, and onsite interviews for all requisitions.
• Administer HR plans and procedures; assist in developing personnel policies and procedures.
• Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Support Sr. Human Resources Manager with employee relations counseling and exit interviews.
• Attend operational and administrative staff meetings and seminars.
• Assist in evaluating reports and outcomes relative to goals.
• Create and maintain personnel files and facilitate status changes and separations.
