You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partner with hiring managers, and develop sourcing strategies to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.

Must have strong recruiting capabilities with experience managing end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
Maintain accurate candidate records.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and fair hiring practices.
