Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in Durham, NC is seeking a Senior Recruiter on a contract basis to design and run recruiting programs, manage the full cycle from sourcing to appointment, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while complying with legal requirements.

You will develop staffing strategies with hiring managers, use electronic evaluation tools, support compensation discussions, and maintain strong relationships with third-party recruiters to keep a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required.
• At least 4 years related experience preferred.
• Experience in Clinical Operations not required but advantageous.
• Recruitment experience not required but advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and administer staffing, employment, and recruiting programs.
• Partner with hiring managers to document job opening requirements.
• Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting key positions.
• Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers; surface candidates and develop networks.
• Pre-screen resumes and evaluate the effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools.
• Document the candidate evaluation and interview process.
• Support compensation packages and offers with hiring managers and HRBP.
• Ensure employment background checks are conducted.
• Maintain clear relationships with third-party recruiters and vendors.
• Ensure systems contain all required information and stay compliant with laws.
• Compile recruitment data and analyze processes.
• Undertake projects to improve recruitment activity.
• Coach junior team members.
