Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a People Operations professional to own onboarding/offboarding, payroll administration, and HRIS data integrity across the US, Ireland, and other markets. The role also leads recruiting operations, partner communications, and policy documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR, experience with multi-country compliance, and strong written communication skills. You will operate autonomously in a lean, fast-moving team and support data privacy obligations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles, ideally at a SaaS or tech company.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries (US and EU/Ireland experience is a strong plus).
• Working knowledge of payroll fundamentals, PTO accrual structures, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of employment compliance basics (EEO, GDPR, local labor law).

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors across multiple jurisdictions.
• Administer payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll providers across regions, including PTO accrual, overtime, and benefits administration.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and ensure records are current and audit-ready.
• Manage and own recruiting operations: job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
