Job summary

TFS, Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance across the organization. In coordination with the HR Manager, you will serve as a liaison for employee concerns and help facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.

You will maintain the HRIS system including processing job and status changes, audit benefits enrollment, and support day-to-day HR needs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• SHRM, HRCI, CEBS or similar certification helpful.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and best practices.
• Experience using Paylocity preferred; other HRIS experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR functions including hiring, onboarding, training, payroll support, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
• Partner with Recruiting to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and system setup.
• Share responsibility with HR Manager to conduct weekly onboarding presentations and new hire tasks/check-ins.
• Act as a point of contact to receive employee concerns and address issues in alignment with company values.
• Serve as an advisor to business leaders on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with day-to-day employee needs.
• Answer benefits questions and liaise between employees and HR leadership.
• Audit enrollment against benefits carrier reporting and invoicing.
• Manage the Company’s HRIS platform and optimize its capabilities.
• Assist with policy creation and adherence.
• Other duties as assigned.
