Job summary

Reliable Robotics is seeking a People Operations Generalist to support onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee data management. You will help implement HR programs, maintain records in the HRIS, and ensure lawful practices across states and countries.

The role reports to the VP of Business & People Operations and requires a strong customer-centric mindset, discretion with sensitive information, and a passion for building an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in HR Compliance and Benefits Administration.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements (e.g. FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ACA).
• Experience administering employee benefits programs, life events, and open enrollment.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems and maintaining accurate employee data.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
• Customer centric mindset and positive attitude to provide responsive support and an excellent employee experience.
