Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a People Ops coordinator to own day-to-day employee processes, including onboarding, HRIS administration, and benefits coordination. You will be a key contact for employees on people questions and help scale People programs as the company grows.

You will manage the employee lifecycle in Rippling or similar systems, coordinate new hire onboarding, administer benefits, and support performance cycles and policy documentation with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in People Ops, HR, or people-team coordination.
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS and G Suite or similar productivity tooling.
• Strong attention to detail with sensitive and confidential information.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and comfortable managing many small, time-sensitive tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Administer the employee lifecycle in the HRIS (Rippling or similar): records, org changes, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including equipment, accounts, and orientation scheduling
• Run benefits administration: enrollment windows, vendor escalations, and employee questions
• Own HR documentation - policies, offer letters, and audit-ready employee files
• Support performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and people-program logistics
• Respond to employee questions on payroll, benefits, and policies with accuracy and care
