Qualifications

• 1–2 years in HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits or related field.
• Experience with onboarding workflows, I-9 verification, and HR compliance basics.
• Strong data accuracy, organization, and multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires including background checks, paperwork, and travel arrangements.
• Own onboarding materials and training content across LMS and in-person sessions.
• Automate and improve onboarding workflows using AI tools and existing systems.
