You will maintain Rippling as the single source of truth, drive end-to-end onboarding across time zones, answer inquiries, and partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and vendors to scale operations with AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in people operations at a high-growth startup.
• Deep proficiency with Rippling HRIS, payroll, benefits, devices, and access.
• Ability to deconstruct people processes to their core components and rebuild with less overhead.
• Experience supporting a globally distributed workforce and navigating compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Rippling as the source of truth for people data across the lifecycle.
• Own global onboarding end-to-end across time zones, ensuring timeliness and a great first experience.
• Respond to inquiries from payroll, finance, legal, IT, and recruiting with accuracy and care.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to scale a connected people operations system.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, open enrollment, and compliance globally.
• Support employment verifications, immigration documentation, and related compliance with Legal.
• Continuously measure and improve the employee experience using operational metrics.
• Lead AI-powered initiatives to reduce repetitive admin work and raise accuracy.
• Bring external work handled by partners in-house with lightweight scalable processes.
