Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to own benefits, leave of absence, and accommodation administration across the United States and Canada. You will partner with Total Rewards, People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, People Systems, brokers, carriers, and vendors to run programs accurately and compliantly.

You will administer US benefits enrollments, leaves, and accommodations, coordinate with Payroll on deductions, and ensure data integrity in Workday.

Qualifications

• Experience administering US benefits and leaves.
• Knowledge of ADA and PWFA.
• Experience with ACA reporting.
• Strong data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee US benefits enrollments, data accuracy, and open enrollment.
• Administer US FMLA, PFML, disability programs, and return-to-work.
• Coordinate Canada benefits, EI leaves, and Records of Employment.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with ACA, Form 5500, and contractor obligations.
