Smartsheet is hiring a Benefits Partner to steward our Americas leave and benefits programs. You’ll administer health and retirement plans, manage audits, and support employees with inquiries while partnering with HR, Procurement, and Legal.

The role is remote-eligible in the US and reports to the Senior Manager of Benefits (Americas). You will analyze trends and maintain data integrity in Workday.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience is required.
• 3+ years of benefit and/or leave experience.
• Experience with Google for Work, Smartsheet and Workday is preferred.
• Global benefits experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
• Experience handling confidential programs with sensitive information.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for leadership presentations.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to work independently with analytical problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Americas leave programs and coordinate internal HR resources.
• Administer health and insurance offerings, retirement programs, and compliance filings.
• Handle employee inquiries with a strong customer service approach.
• Audit benefits data and ensure HRIS data accuracy (Workday).
• Manage vendor relationships and service agreements with Procurement and Legal.
• Provide project management support for annual benefits activities and open enrollment.
• Analyze market trends to keep offerings competitive.
