Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Benefits and Leave of Absence Specialist to administer benefits and LOA programs for US and Canada within a People Services framework. You will advise employees, manage case workflows, and collaborate with HR partners and legal counsel to ensure policy compliance and a seamless employee experience.

You will partner with global stakeholders to align benefits delivery, lead testing for system enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in human resources, including benefits and LOA administration and vendor management.
• Experience in a centralized HR function preferred.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of employee benefits and LOA processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Benefit and LOA vendors and Salesforce employees; provide guidance on benefits and leave policies.
• Collaborate with HR partners, payroll, ESBPs, and legal counsel when needed to ensure compliant program delivery.
• Lead or participate in special projects involving Benefits and LOA programs; drive process improvements and knowledge sharing.
• Identify trends in case management data and help develop training for frontline teams.
