Revolution Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Benefits & Leave Manager to oversee U.S. and Canada employee benefits, leave programs, workplace accommodations, and related compliance.

The role partners with Total Rewards, HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and vendors to ensure accurate, timely delivery and continuous improvement of programs. The successful candidate will manage enrollment, audits, data accuracy, and communications, while driving process enhancements, automation, and a strong employee experience

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in U.S. benefits administration and related People/HR Operations.
• Expertise in U.S. leave and workplace accommodation practices, including the interactive process and complex case management.
• Experience with U.S. benefits and retirement plan compliance, including audits, reconciliations, notices and filings, and annual 401(k) audits.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day benefits administration across U.S. and Canada programs, including health and welfare, retirement, enrollment, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate benefits impacts during hires, terminations, transfers, and status/location changes.
• Administer and coordinate employee leaves, including documentation, pay and benefits impacts, and return-to-work activities.
