Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to own benefits administration, leave of absence, and accommodations across the United States and Canada. You will be the subject matter expert for benefits and leave operations, partnering with Total Rewards, People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors.

This hands‑on role requires ownership of US benefits, leave processes, and compliance, with a focus on accurate data, vendor management, and continuous process

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years of experience in benefits administration, leave administration, or People Operations.
• Hands‑on ownership of US benefits and leave.
• Familiarity with COBRA, ACA reporting, HIPAA privacy, Section 125 events, and ERISA requirements.
• Canadian benefits and leave experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own US benefits administration including enrollments, eligibility, and open enrollment in Workday and carrier systems.
• Manage leave lifecycle (FMLA, PFML, disability, USERRA) and PWFA accommodations.
• Coordinate with vendors, brokers, and HR teams; ensure data accuracy and compliance.
