Job summary

You will collaborate with HR management and other departments, assist in HR policy development, and support employee engagement initiatives to retain talent.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR experience required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Effective written and verbal communication with employees, supervisors and management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, audit paperwork and conduct orientation calls.
• Serve as point of contact for HR inquiries on policies, benefits and workplace matters.
• Support HR with administrative tasks, maintain records, data entry, compliance and reports.
