Job summary

SLS Consultants is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance. The role involves coordinating onboarding, answering HR inquiries, and assisting with policy development.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of HR experience, a High School Diploma, and preferably an Associate or Bachelor’s in HR or related field. Strong organization and discretion are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR experience is required.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires and conduct orientation and onboarding calls.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other workplace matters.
• Support HR administration, including maintaining employee records, data entry, compliance, and reporting.
• Coordinate LMS training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support all HR functions and improve processes.
