Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an HR Coordinator to support a broad range of human resources functions across multiple business groups. You will partner closely with HR leadership on employee lifecycle administration, leave management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives, while handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, audits for data accuracy, and collaboration with payroll for timely processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-3 years of HR Generalist/Coordinator experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, UKG) or similar systems.
• Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, leave administration and employment law compliant practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with high data accuracy and discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to partner with managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and process personnel changes in the HRIS (new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations).
• Perform audits to ensure workforce data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with payroll and HR operations to communicate changes and support timely processing.
• Administer leave-related processes (FMLA, disability, ADA) and liaise with third‑party administrators.
• Coordinate staffing coverage and support temporary workforce arrangements during leaves.
• Assist with talent reviews, succession data, and workforce reporting.
