Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Management, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in People Operations with Employee Relations and/or Benefits Administration.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting employee benefit programs, employee relations, and LOA policies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Previous experience with Benefits Administration and LOA processing strongly preferred.
• Experience with multi-state employers and state leave laws preferred.
• SHRM-CP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the People Operations teams including, but not limited to, Benefits, Employee Relations, Regulatory and Compliance, and Policy Administration.
• Partner with leadership to navigate employee relations issues and assist with the development of staff, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts and facilitating compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures consistent with State and Local regulations.
• Support employee engagement and retention strategies throughout the organization.
• Oversee administration of all leave administration, including FMLA, State Sick Leave, and Disability.
• Participate in the development, delivery and administration of people operations programs for employees.
• Provide Executive leadership with organizational trends, making recommendations based on data analysis.
• Assist with open enrollment, including updating benefit guides, auditing changes, and processing updates to PO systems.
• Stay abreast of people operations trends affecting the corporation and department function and updates management as appropriate.
• Provide support to leadership as needed for projects, programs, and meetings.
• Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
