Qualifications

• Progressive experience supporting enterprise business applications, preferably benefits administration systems.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and defects.
• Experience responding to production incidents, releases, testing and stakeholder communications.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for leadership and vendors.
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs and knowledge articles.

Responsibilities

• Listen to business problems and document system enhancements, change requests, and defects.
• Manage workflow, assignment, tracking, and reporting of defects via Jira and shared email.
• Create and maintain SOPs, policy documents, knowledge articles, and docs.
• Communicate production defect status, impact, and priority with leaders and vendors.
• Monitor production system performance, batch jobs, and infrastructure with vendors.
• Support integrations (EDI, flat file, and API) and coordinate resolution.
• Plan smoke testing for production releases and UAT for defect fixes; document results.
• Triage and document urgent production incidents with vendor follow-up.
• Provide system status updates during upgrades, incidents, and outages.
• Coordinate code releases with vendors and plan release readiness activities.
• Coordinate off-hours vendor support for stability and releases.
• Identify knowledge gaps and facilitate training with vendors and users.
• Meet with leaders to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support cloud infrastructure-related activities and vendor management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
