Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington's IU Human Resources department is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support IU Research HR and its workforce. You will handle intake through the CRM, triage cases, and help ensure timely resolutions while maintaining confidentiality.

This hybrid role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and proficiency with HR systems such as HRIS and Microsoft Office. Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years HR related experience with Office Suite.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary intake point for IU Research HR requests via CRM.
• Triages, responds to, and reassigns HR cases to appropriate team.
• Monitors case workflows ensuring timely routing and resolution.
• Provides first-level HR guidance and escalates complex issues.
• Processes HRMS/eDocs supporting the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinates administrative aspects of recruitment and onboarding.
