The Manager, People Operations is responsible forleading the daily administration, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee programs, services, and operational processes that support the employee lifecycle and overall People strategy. This role oversees a broad range of human resources functions, includingbenefitsadministration, compensation, employee relations, employee records management, compliance, and other enterprise-wide initiatives.
The Manager, People Operations partners closely with leaders across the organization to ensure programs, policies, and processes are delivered effectively, consistently, and in alignment with businessobjectives.

Oversee daily operations of thePeople Operationsteams in functions including, but not limited to, Benefits, Employee Relations, Regulatory and Compliance, and Policy Administration.
Partner withleadershipsto navigateemployee relations issues andassistwith the development of staff, including conducting investigations, resolvingconflictsandfacilitatingcompliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures consistent with State and Local regulations.
Support employee engagement and retention strategies throughout the organization.
Oversee administration of all leave administration, including FMLA, State Sick Leave, and Disability.
Participate in the development,deliveryand administration ofpeopleoperationsprograms for employees.
ProvideExecutiveleadership with organizational trends, making recommendations based on data analysis.
Assistwith open enrollment, including updating benefit guides, auditing changes, and processing updates toPOsystems.
Stayabreast ofpeopleoperationstrends affecting the corporation and department function and updates management as appropriate.
Provide support toleadership as needed for projects, programs,andmeetings.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Management, or related fieldrequired.
5+ years of experience inPeople Operationswith Employee Relations and/or Benefits Administration experiencerequired.
Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations affectingemployee benefit programs, employee relations,and leave of absence policiesrequired.
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft office products, particularly Excel preferred.
Previousexperience with Benefits Administration and LOA processingstronglypreferred.
Previous experience working for a multi-state employer with State Leave Lawsstronglypreferred.
SHRM-CP designation preferred.
Willingness to learnand adopt new tools, technologies, and process improvements, including automation or AI-enabled solutions.
Used AI tools responsibly within company, security, and compliance guidelines.
HRIS and Microsoft Officeproficiency, including advanced Excel skills.
Base Salary Range: 95,000-$110,000
