• Ability to bring structure, clarity and systems to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations.
• Maintain accuracy of employee data across HRIS, payroll and internal systems.
• Partner with Finance on payroll coordination, compensation changes and audits.
