The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in People Operations, strong HR analytics, excellent communication, and a passion for building an inclusive, high-performing culture in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Human Resources / People Operations experience in a tech company or startup.
• Experience building, maintaining and presenting HR data analytics.
• High emotional and social intelligence with diverse relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professionalism.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a crucial liaison between executive leadership and employees.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits, compensation, visa requests, payroll and time off.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Oversee office operations including budgeting and events.
• Foster an inclusive and diverse community within the company.
• Lead employee relations, audits and disciplinary meetings.
• Plan and direct employee engagement events to support culture.
• uphold security and data handling policies relevant to the role.
