Confidential High-Growth AI Company in New York is hiring its first dedicated People Operations leader to build the backbone of our people function on-site. You will design core infrastructure across the employee lifecycle, establishing repeatable processes, tracking systems, and compliance across domestic and international teams.

This role requires independent execution while partnering with leadership and reporting to the Head of People.

Competenze

• Experience building scalable onboarding programs.
• Ability to design and implement structured performance review cycles.
• Develop compensation tracking and reporting workflows.
• Maintain headcount planning and workforce analytics.
• Establish auditable workflows for promotions, transfers and exits.
• Evaluate and optimize people systems (PEO-based stack).
• Experience with international employment compliance is a plus.

A rapidly scaling, venture-backed AI company serving top-tier financial institutions is hiring its first dedicated People Operations leader. The business is at an inflection point, with a strong product-market fit and accelerating headcount growth. This role will build the operational backbone of the People function.

This is not a maintenance HR role. It is a hands-on build role designed for someone who has operated inside a high-growth environment and understands how to design structure amid scale.

The Mandate

You will design and run the core people infrastructure across the employee lifecycle. This includes building repeatable processes, implementing tracking systems, and ensuring compliance across domestic and international teams. The company operates lean. This role requires someone comfortable executing independently while collaborating closely with leadership. You will report into the Head of People.

Core Responsibilities

People Infrastructure & Process Design
