Flex is hiring a People Operations Manager to build and run core HR processes—onboarding through offboarding—support performance cycles, compliance, and manager enablement. Formación

• 5–8+ years in people/HR operations at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
• Experience building and running performance review processes and manager-facing workflows.
• Hands-on systems thinker who builds from scratch and improves workflows.
• Ability to introduce structure in fast-moving environments without overcomplicating processes.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle operations and compliance fundamentals.
• Highly organized, with attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Discretion handling sensitive employee situations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve core people operations processes across onboarding through offboarding.
• Track and report key people metrics and operational indicators.
• Design, launch, and refine performance review cycles and calibration processes.
• Administer HRIS, payroll, benefits, and employee records workflows.
• Ensure processes are compliant, well-documented, and scalable across states and growth.
• Manage employment documentation and policy coordination with legal partners.
• Support compensation and promotion cycle logistics and documentation.
• Partner with managers on employee relations and organizational changes.
• Identify gaps and implement simple systems to improve consistency.
