OneTrust is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to act as a bridge between service delivery and strategic partners within People Operations. You will own regional employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance, and support talent acquisition operations while aligning with global standards.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, and cross‑functional teams to drive efficient, scalable HR operations, mitigate risk, and maintain rigorous documentation and timelines across the employee

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations roles and HR policy implementation.
• Knowledge of regional labor laws and compliance considerations.
• Strong collaboration with HRBPs, Legal, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for complex People Operations matters.
• Manage regionally specific employee lifecycle processes with global standards.
• Partner with HRBPs, Legal, and regional stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Support Talent Acquisition operations and the candidate-to-employee lifecycle.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency.
• Maintain rigorous documentation, timelines, and execution standards.
