Job summary

TrueAccord, part of TrueML, seeks an experienced Sr.HR Generalist to be the operational heartbeat of our People Team. You’ll blend tactical execution with strategic workforce planning, guiding teams through onboarding, engagement, coaching, and leave administration.

You’ll ensure compliant, seamless HR operations and contribute to a supportive culture on site. You will partner with leadership on workforce strategies, manage employee relations, and oversee leave processes across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong foundation in employment law (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA).
• Empathetic problem-solver with fairness and discretion.
• Operational multi-tasker with HRIS data administration experience.
• Skilled manager coach with experience guiding leaders.
• Collaborative communicator who can explain HR processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive workforce strategy with People leadership to support growth and talent development.
• Autonomously manage employee relations, investigations, and manager coaching.
• Lead leave administration and ensure compliance with ADA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA.
• Audit HR records, draft routine employment docs, handle unemployment claims and labor-law compliance.
• Support payroll with regulatory reporting and W-2 preparation, ensuring cross-training for coverage.
• Be an accessible on-site People Team presence, drive engagement and respond to inquiries.
• Identify friction in HR workflows and leverage tech and data to streamline operations.
