Job summary

TrueAccord, a subsidiary of TrueML, is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to be the operational heartbeat of our People Team. Reporting to the Sr.

Manager, HRBP, you will blend day-to-day HR execution with strategic workforce planning to shape an exceptional employee experience. In this onsite role, you will guide employees through onboarding, engagement, and leave administration while coaching managers and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in fast-paced, process-oriented or regulated environments.
• Strong foundation in employment law (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA) and attention to detail during HR audits.
• Empathetic problem-solver with fairness, discretion and sound judgment.
• Highly organized with HRIS data administration, event logistics and leave audits.
• Track record coaching leaders through difficult conversations and performance plans.
• Collaborative communicator able to explain complex HR processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive Workforce Strategy: partner with People leadership to execute HR strategies and workforce planning.
• Guide Employee Relations: autonomously manage employee relations matters, investigations, and documentation.
• Leave Administration SME: manage LOA requests, vendor relationships, payroll coordination, and compliance (ADA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA).
• Maintain HR Operations & Compliance: audit HR records, draft employment docs, handle unemployment claims, ensure labor-law compliance.
• Ensure Payroll Continuity: support regulatory reporting and W-2 prep, with cross-training for backups.
• Champion Workplace Culture: be an on-site People Team presence, drive engagement, coordinate events, answer inquiries.
• Optimize People Processes: identify friction, leverage tech and data to streamline HR workflows.
