TrueAccord is seeking an experienced Sr. HR Generalist to act as the operational heartbeat of the People Team. You will blend day-to-day execution with strategic workforce planning to shape an exceptional employee experience.

You will guide employees through onboarding, engagement, coaching, and leave administration, ensuring HR operations are compliant and aligned with our mission. This onsite role requires a collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong foundation in employment law (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA).
• Empathetic problem-solver with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Drive workforce strategy and partner with leadership to plan talent.
• Autonomously manage employee relations, investigations, and feedback coaching.
• Own leave administration and compliance across ADA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA.
